SEPTEMBER £400.00 per week

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR £450.00 any weekly period between 24th December and 2nd January inclusive.
Please note: We do not accept bookings for short breaks or long weekends, only weekly  bookings from Saturday to Saturday.

           

Bookings:

We only take bookings for weekly periods from Saturday to Saturday.

Accommodation:

The property accommodates a maximum of 4 people. (including children)

Arrival & Departure time:

Please DO NOT arrive before 4pm unless by prior arrangement.
The property MUST be vacated by 10am prompt.

Children:

We are unable to accommodate children under 5 years old.

Pets:   

We are sorry, but we cannot allow guests to bring pets.

Smoking:       

Smoking is not allowed in the property.

Bedding & Linen, Oil &  Electricity:

All bedding and linen, oil and electricity is included, there are no extra charges.

Deposit:

£50.00 deposit to be paid with written confirmation of booking.   Balance of booking fee to paid three weeks prior to arrival.
